Initial Free Consultation~ Establish Goals
We conduct a kickoff meeting to understand the needs, goals and challenges of your business. We have a detailed questionnaire for the business owners and managers to fill out describing top opportunities and challenges. From here we give next steps recommended and asses where we can partner with your team to support, with expected timelines and results.
Site Visits
We conduct a site visit to observe front- and back-of-house procedures and how they relate to the defined standards. We assess the guest experience, taking a look “under the hood” to determine underlying challenges and roadblocks to success.
Operations Assessment ~ 2 days
Our two-day Operations Assessment will pinpoint improvements to your business and ensure its ongoing success. We will work shoulder to shoulder with you and your team to uncover the biggest challenges and assess your business with a 50-point custom service audit; including menu, efficiency and standard audits, guest experience time audits and recipe audits- to uncover the real core problems.
Strategy Session
Upon the conclusion of the visit, we provide a debrief of initial findings and conduct a discussion of ways to improve operations and overall performance of your business through proven strategies.
Immersion
We first meet your team and set-up leadership schedule and connects to celebrate and measure progress. We complete a deeper dive of your standard operating materials, recipes, sales mix, profit and loss statements, sales information and guest reviews (online and in-house) to understand the operating standards as they are defined. We complete a full S.W.O.T analysis of your industry and area and provide detailed recommendations and plans to move your business to the PINNACLE!
Action plans created
We draft a detailed, custom-report identifying both challenges and actionable steps for improvement and to improve efficiency. Together, we review your report and determine how to implement the recommended improvements and take next steps. We provide innovative solutions and comprehensive, hands-on support to create and achieve sustainable results!
